“FanFair Alliance warmly welcomes today’s announcement by the Competition & Markets Authority, as will the countless consumer victims of Viagogo. Hopefully it spells the endgame to this site’s misleading and abhorrent practices.”
The Digital, Culture, Media & Sport Committee will host an oral evidence session on the issue of secondary ticketing next Wednesday (5th September) with a representative from Viagogo scheduled to appear, alongside witnesses from FanFair, Kilimanjaro Live, Islington Assembly Hall, Ticketmaster and StubHub.
